Direct Billing is available! Great news for clients with Pacific Blue Cross Benefits as well as Telus Health eClaims: We are now able to direct bill! Please send your policy and ID number to hopebloomscounselling@gmail.com or you can share the info with Hope at your next appointment.:) Michaela, Client Care Coordinator, will be happy to process your payment for you. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns. Feel free to contact Hope or Michaela (michaela.hbc@gmail.com) to see if we are able to direct bill on your behalf.
Cancellation notice: Since each session time is reserved especially for you, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for rescheduling or cancellations. Missed appointments or late cancellations will be charged the full session fee. If you need to switch to a virtual appointment—even at the last minute—there’s no extra charge. I’m happy to make that change for you! You can cancel online or you can contact Hope directly. Please note that most insurance companies do not reimburse for missed sessions.
Reminder regarding sickness: I appreciate your consideration to inform me via text (250-938-5183) or email if you are sick and your session can be changed to a phone or video session, or if needed we can reschedule your session.
