Cancellation notice: Since the scheduling of a session involves time set aside especially for you, a minimum of 48 hours notice is required for rescheduling or cancellation of a session. If you are cancelling your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged half of the session fee. If you fail to notify us with less than 24 hours notice, or do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged the full session fee. If you need to change to a virtual appointment (even at the last minute) there will be no additional charge! No problem at all.:)

You can cancel online or you can contact Hope directly. Please note that most insurance companies do not reimburse for missed sessions.

Reminder regarding sickness: I care deeply about the safety of my clients. That is why I ask you to be considerate and inform me via text (250-938-5183) if you are sick and your session can be changed to a phone or video session, or if needed we can reschedule your session.
